El Gaucho was born from a passion for authentic Argentine barbecue and a dream to share the rich flavours and traditions of Argentina with Brisbane. Emilio and his family have spent years serving communities at festivals and events, bringing people together through great food and warm hospitality. Joining Eat Street Northshore was a natural fit, giving them a home among a vibrant celebration of culture, creativity, and world-class street food.
At El Gaucho, authenticity is at the heart of everything they do. They honour traditional Argentine cooking techniques, flame-grilling quality meats and preparing every roll fresh to order. Their signature chimichurri is crafted with premium ingredients, including real olive oil, delivering the bold, authentic flavours Argentina is known for.
