About these terms
These terms and conditions govern entry to and use of Eat Street Northshore at 221D Macarthur Avenue, Hamilton QLD 4007, operated by Eat Street Northshore (ABN 96 165 800 706). By purchasing entry, making a booking or attending the precinct, you agree to these terms.
Entry and tickets
Entry is available at the gates by card or cash, or as prepaid entry purchased in advance through our ticketing partner Roller. Prepaid entry is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. Group discounts require a minimum of 10 people, purchased in advance. Entry is free for children under 13 and for a carer accompanying a person with a disability. Entry fees are not refundable for a change of mind; for special circumstances, contact info@eatstreetnorthshore.com.au.
Conditions of entry
Eat Street Northshore is an all-ages venue. Licensed and RSA-managed areas apply around our bars, and identification may be required for the purchase or service of alcohol. The precinct is fully licensed, so outside food and drink cannot be brought in or taken out, other than celebration cakes. Pets are welcome, subject to our pets policy. Eat Street Northshore is open every weekend of the year, rain, hail or shine; in extreme weather the venue may close, with updates shared on our website and social channels. Management reserves the right to refuse entry, or ask a guest to leave, for behaviour that puts the safety or enjoyment of other guests, staff or performers at risk.
Private events and bookings
Bookings for private functions, party containers, marquees and whole-venue hire are subject to a deposit and a separate booking agreement issued at the time of enquiry. Contact functions@eatstreetnorthshore.com.au for current availability, pricing and deposit terms. Where a booking agreement and these terms differ, the booking agreement applies to that booking.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Eat Street Northshore is not liable for any loss, damage, injury or expense arising from your attendance at or use of Eat Street Northshore, except where that liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation. Nothing in these terms limits any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Intellectual property
All content on this website and at the precinct, including logos, photography, signage and the Eat Street Northshore name, is owned by or licensed to Eat Street Northshore and may not be reproduced without permission.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to our operations or the law. The version in effect at the time of your visit or booking applies.
