Eat Street Northshore is family friendly by design: wide paths, early evening light, and kitchens from six continents kids will actually eat.

What’s free and what’s easy

Kids under 13 get in free, and there’s a highchair on loan from the information container near the western entrance if you need one. Baby change facilities sit inside the disabled toilets near each entrance, and the pathways through the precinct are wide and sealed, built to take a pram without a fight.

Best time to bring them

Early evening is the family window. Arrive close to opening, before the Friday and Saturday crowd builds, and you’ll have room to let the kids explore between kitchens without wrestling a pram through a crush. It also means you’re home before the night gets too big for little ones.

Check the kitchens before you go if anyone in the family is fussy. With this many options, there’s genuinely something for everyone, including the picky ones.
