OUR STORY

Nathan and Yuling turned up at Eat Street Northshore just weeks after it opened in 2013. It was Good Friday, and while there was a world of flavours on offer, one thing was missing: classic Australian seafood.

A quick chat and a few emails with the venue owners later, they set up a marquee and started serving fresh seafood on the spot. The menu and the friendly service made Salty Sailor a favourite fast, and before long they moved into a container in the main area. Ten years on, the menu has grown, but the fresh, flavour-packed seafood and the warm welcome haven’t changed.
